PrO PROJECT

The demands the public sector makes on citizens and businesses can be a complex undertaking. In many cases several locations must be dealt with, documents must be provided and forms need to be filled out. This is where the PrO Processor starts its job, playing its role of integrating companies with public institutions via secured and legally compliant communication channels.

All companies have a great deal of operative data, most of which is already coded by third-party software while the contents of these reports are most often redundant or can be calculated form other reports. Compliant to these observations, the PrO processor divides the data into raw data – containing all the data that is filled in by the company and processed data – generated reports being composed from the raw data accordingly to the rules hard wired inside PrO.

In a closed detail, the PrO processor consists of:

  • Configuration: rules, deadlines and receivers of the reports are uploaded to each PrO processor.
  • Data acquisition: the single datasets required are transferred via interfaces from the company’s IT systems.
  • Data processing: generates a variety of reports from the single datasets by using the same raw data for multiple reports.
  • Secure data storage: here generated reports are stored for further use.
  • Report dispatching: PrO sends all the generated reports to the corresponding public agency via predefined interfaces.
