Policy Support Programme (PSC), Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme (CIP)

On March 25, 2010, Ministry of Communications and Information National Information Day held on the support program for ICT, ICT PSP - Policy Support Programme ", part of the Competitiveness and Innovation Programme - Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme" (CIP). The program aims to increase the use of innovative IT solutions by citizens, governments and businesses - particularly SMEs - use that will generate significant improvement in the quality and efficiency of public and private electronic services through extensive use of innovative technologies .

Participants at the conference were representatives of businesses, especially SMEs, public administration, representatives of technical universities and research centers in computer science.

Through this event, MCSI has proposed a better dissemination of information on key areas of interest that can obtain financing through the program, how the submission of applications, conditions of formation of partnerships, financial support by the European Commission for each axis of interest of the program.

Detailing project objectives achieved by Mrs. Univ. Dr. Ing Doina BANCIU CEO, National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics, the Univ. Vice Rector Dr. Pavel Nastase, Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies and Dr. Ing Decebal Popescu, University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest. In this cotext was underlined the importance of project implementation SPOCS to implement European Commission Directive 2006/123/EC number MCSI and support in addressing national initiative by showing actual scientific content component of the event, without neglected the impact of this act the European Community and national business.

It was also presented the project SPOCS - "Simple Procedures for Cross-Border Services Online" - launched by the European Commission in which MCSI is a partner and participant.The project goal is to reduce barriers adiministrative facing European business. This program will provide electronic services in addition to simplified administrative requirements to potential business representatives.
