Mr. Gerd Schuermann from ELAN Fokus was invited to the speech regarding the opening of E-CAESAR in Romania, founding members, future partners, present and future projects of the Centre.
5th Administration and Public Management International Conference (24-25 May 2009)The conference’s purpose was to assure a wide experience exchange between specialists from different fields regarding the research stage and the results obtained on modernizing and increasing efficiency of Romania local administration activity in the context of Romania joining The European Union. “Reforming Public Administration in the Context of the EU Services Directive Implementation. A Case Study on the Business Registration Process in Romania” was the paper presented by E-CAESAR team. The paper was published in the PROCEEDINGS OF THE FIFTH "ADMINISTRATION AND PUBLIC MANAGEMENT" INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE "PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS' CAPACITY TO IMPLEMENT THE ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM PROCESS" June 23th -24th 2009.
E-CAESAR EUSD-RO Workshop (May 8th, 2009)Implementation of the European Service Directive (EUSD) in Romania. E-CAESAR Centre Opening Event (February 17th, 2009)On February 17, 2009 the constitutive act to establish a joint Centre for Advanced Studies on Electronic Services, "E-CAESAR" was signed. High ranking German and Romanian representatives from politics and business will be invited. On February 18, 2009 E-CAESAR representatives presented trend-setting ideas in a workshop on how to cooperate when setting up eGovernment and how to implement the European Services Directive in Romania, Germany and Europe.
